While I am packing to visit family and friends in the Midwest, I came up with a brilliant idea. My sister, also a runner, and I need to run a quick 5K race together while I am in town. Great idea – right? Ummmm- there is only one race within a 50 mile radius during the entire time I am visiting. I can’t help to compare that to the lovely Colorado race schedule over the Holiday season. There are numerous ones that are within a short drive.
I guess I just need to run with my sister for running sake. Maybe this summer we’ll have a chance to compete together – let the good times roll!!!
